Featured in the Costa Blanca News!
This week I had an interview with Jack Troughton from the Costa Blanca News about the work I am doing through my mission. He accompanied me whilst I handed out treats and KONGs to the shelter dogs as I usually do 2-3 times a week, and I explained about my goals and current work. Today I was delighted to see a big spread in the CBN and a first page feature too! Great explosure for the shelter dogs and rescue dogs in general. I am pictured with Tayson from APASA, as he is the best model for the job due to his training level. He sits perfectly and waits patiently for treats – which means he can take the perfect snap shot. He is still waiting for a home after many many years of being in APASA. He is a real misunderstood pooch who just wants to play, learn and be loved.
Grab your copy this week and spread the news! Visit your local shelter, wherever that may be, and ask how you can help out. Not only will it help the dogs, but will also brighten up your own day too. A win-win!
